The hotel offers great food in the restaurant and bar. They have a wide variety of alcohol compared to other shops in the area. the hotel's location is very convenient and allowed easy access to many restaurants and shops.
The pricing could be a little too high. the view from the room was not quite what we expected.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel location was amazing, very close to the market. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was ample. The breakfast spread was excellent with many options. Cleanliness was great.

Spent my Xmas vacation in this hotel and it was total value for money. The location of the property was superb, right at the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore. The interiors were nicely designed and the bed was really comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was awesome, with plenty of choices that catered to different tastes.
The lift was a bit small and it took too long for extra luggage to be transported. , the bathroom amenities were not adequate for the number of guests in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping and dining area. With easy access to nearby eateries, guests can enjoy local cuisine and shopping. the rooms are decently furnished and the bedding was cosy. Some of the rooms offer a nice view of the surrounding areas.
The hotel's service is subpar. Despite multiple attempts to contact staff, the phone lines were always busy.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel on the mall road. The location was perfect, as it was near to the market and all the eateries I wanted to try. The staff at this hotel provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a lovely valley view. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the live music during dinner. The hotel also had great amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room safe. I was very impressed with the location and the quality of service at this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
